Company Secretarial
Since the Companies Act 2006, it has not been mandatory for private companies to appoint a secretary. This does not mean the duties and responsibilities of the role have disappeared.
Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and current company records and filing documents with Companies House, to name just a few tasks, still need to be completed today.
UK company law is changing. As a director it is your responsibility to keep abreast of these changes and make sure you stay compliant. Allow us to take on the burden of keeping up with your company’s administrative needs and let us keep you informed of any changes you need to be aware of.
